XA1 is an independent personal AI agent platform. XA1 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI, Tesla, SpaceX, Apple, or any entity founded or owned by Elon Musk.
Any resemblance in name is coincidental. XA1 means eXtensible Agent 1.
1. Intellectual property
Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. They do not sponsor XA1.
2. Terms
XA1 is provided as is. Connecting the iPhone shortcut or a local bridge lets the agent propose actions in your apps. You remain responsible for sends and app opens.
3. Privacy
History, memory and keys stay in the browser. Local executions run on your hardware.
4. Uncensored agent
XA1 answers adult and controversial questions. It refuses child sexual content, help planning violent crime, and weapons of mass destruction.
5. Liability
XA1 is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform or model-generated actions.
